  Came here while on a road trip from Calgary to Victoria. Super clean, large facility that is well kept. The owners clearly care about their business and were very friendly.

  The lady who works there is really unfriendly, it's quite expensive and my clothes weren't completely clean after using the washing machine. Also there was a homeless woman hanging around. The facilities were clean though.

  Terrible customer service, Tried multiple days in a row to go in and wash blankets and bedding at 3:30 (when I'm done work) and each time the owner turned us away stating we would not have enough time to wash and dry... the business closes at 5pm, there is no way we wouldn't have had time she simply did not want to put any effort fourth or possibly have to stay even a second past 5pm. a wash cycle takes 30 minutes and a dry cycle 45 minutes, for a total duration of 75 minutes, vs the 90 they were open for.. clearly they don't want to business nor do they want to find someone to buy it as it's for sale. (and for good reason clearly)

  Great facility with very good customer service. Owners are completely hands on and put their heart and soul into providing a good facility with equipment that is well maintained.

  If you can avoid going here do so at all costs, let's support people who care about their customers and not just making money just because there are not multiple options in Merritt does not mean you can turn away customers when you are OPEN for well over an hour still.

  This 50s era laundromat is great. It's got a bunch of old 25-cent arcade games and the usual laundry stuff. The owners have had the place for over 20 years and seem to be known by all the locals who come there. Neat place.
