    phoned and put on hold twice. Then told i would have to make an appointment for another day. I wanted to spend locally but its safer to go to kamloops or kelowna for general automotive work.

    Steve B and one of his coworkers (with a British accent) were friendly, understanding, honest and communicative when my car broke down at Merritt. They worked with me and rectify the mechanical problems in a timely manner. His team's service exceeded my expectation by miles.
