  Took my jeep in for service while evacuated from cache creek. All fluids were to be changed. No fluid in radiator at all. Could have cooked my engine. They have made it right and apologize for the error. Thankyou for the equitable resolution.

  What a GREAT experience in purchasing my 2017 Camaro from Murray GM in Merritt. Linda Gillis was awesome to deal with. Working out of province during the purchase process she worked with me in communicating with me via email. She kept her word that I would have first chance to put a deposit down on the car if there were any other parties interested in this car which there was. I put the deposit down and when I returned home from my job we arranged to view the car. Upon arriving at Murray GM the car was outside waiting for me to test drive it. Linda arranged it so that I could take the car to get insurance while she did all the paper work so that when I returned I could just drive away but I opted for the rust protection, fabric protection and paint protection so I went for lunch across from the dealership where, when I went to pay for my lunch...it had been taken care of by Linda....what customer service. They helped me through the process of setting up my OnStar system and went through all the features of the car before I left. I would recommend anyone looking for excellent customer service in purchasing a new or used car to go to Murray GM in Merritt.

  after visiting more than 10 other GM dealerships, this one listened to exactly the truck that I wanted, found one in alberta, called me and brought it in and switched my old for new the next time I drove through town.. very efficient, no bs great dealership. Thanks to Jeff Bates... completely satisfied, love my new diesel. Shocked at the great fuel mileage.

  Lots of promises, no follow through. Dont return phone calls. Would not recomend.
