  Good staffs & service but looks like shortage of staffs. Which makes slow. Merrit is transit Hub and interchanges happens on the freeway/Highways; lots of traffic and customers stops for a coffee break.

  It's standard Tim Hortons, meaning the coffee is awful and the food is ok at best. Donuts are never as good as they used to be when Tim Hortons used to bake them fresh in store. There are far better places to eat in Merritt, the only reason I have it two stars is the fact I can get a sandwich there after all the good places have closed.

  Cashiers are very polite. Never a line up in the drive thru. My order is always correct. I come here every 2nd Sunday. Big parking lot. Restrooms are well looked after.

  Good place. The drive thru is unbelievably fast. Never had a wrong order. Staff is friendly

  In lieu of faster service they compromise attention to the orders and also service. We order food and in order for faster service they dropped our food, the server looked at us, took the food back and brought us the same bag which dropped on the floor. When we asked her to replace the food she said it never fell out of the bag so it was still ok. I'm paying for that food, I don't expect that answer. We ordered chocolate milk for our son and got white milk, which he later didn't want to drink. We travel to Penticton often but will never stop here ever.
